The Tutt Science Center is a 58,000 SF teaching and office building with research labs throughout the facility. Farnsworth worked closely with the Colorado College, the Owner, and the A/E to document the Owner's requirements and review the design documents. The building contains daylighting, operable windows, low energy use, construction waste recycling, low VOC, green power, water saving fixtures, EnergyStarTM roofing and stormwater runoff reduction.
