This new 45,885 SF building will house the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Denver office. The project represents Farnsworth Group's ability to provide full-service capabilities on a project, including architecture, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as energy modeling, commissioning and LEED certification on the project. The facility is targeting LEED Silver certification.
This project is provided on a fast-track basis. Farnsworth Group partnered with Kiewit Building Group of Omaha, NE, to design and build this facility for Scannell Properties of Indianapolis, Indiana.
This project is administered by the United States General Services Administration. As a component of the Department of Homeland Security, this CIS facility features special security design elements including intrusion detection and access control.
