As the Commissioning Authority for the historic Pasadena City Hall, Farnsworth Group managed and performed all commissioning tasks such as commissioning checklists, construction verification, and functional performance testing. This 134,000 SF historical building received a full seismic retrofit along with a complete retrofit of the MEP systems. The project was the first municipal building for the City, which earned a LEED certification, achieving a LEED Silver. The project was completed in July 2006.
