Instructor: The instructor for this seminar is Ian B.D. McIntosh, PhD, CCP. Dr. McIntosh is a BCA Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) and has been the Atlanta Section Manager of the Farnsworth Group, Inc for the last 6 years and Quality Assurance Liaison for new offices in the Boston, MA and Jackson, MS areas for the last 2 years. He has over 11 years of dedicated experience in Total Building Commissioning and has managed numerous commissioning, retrocommissioning, and LEED commissioning projects throughout the nation. As a Commissioning Provider, he has prepared and led over 50 Owners Project Requirements (OPR) workshops, written and integrated numerous commissioning specifications, invented and implemented electronic bar-coded checklists and system manuals, tracked owner cost savings, executed hands-on in-depth field work, performed functional performance testing of complex HVAC systems/subsystems and coordinated fullscale O&M and User training programs.
