NORMAL, IL...April 28, 2009... The Bank of Illinois in Uptown Normal has been recognized as a ‘green' facility by earning the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver designation from the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high-performance green buildings.
